I’ve been in the platinum tier 2 weeks in a row but haven’t recieved any credits for it.
Same here. Gold 2 weeks ago and platinum last week.
So you are getting lower tier but not upper tier bonus cr? Or none? They should be automatically added to your cr balance as soon as you hit each threshold - it’s not a gift message like forza rewards.
It may not be obvious depending on situation. As examples: When I have notifications on, I will get a message if I get to the next tier while driving. If an end-of-race xp payout pushes me to the next tier, either I miss the message or it’s not sent, but I know I still get the bonus.

If that’s the case, I may have gotten them without noticing.
Now that you talk about club tier rewards, i was wondering if the total amount of members has any consequence on the rewards you receive ?
For example do you receive more rewards being 10th out of 1000 than 10th out of 100 ?
If somebody knows the answer ^^…
I am not sure about receiving lower amounts, but I did not get the platinum 400k.

I’ve gotten nothing as well. Platinum for the last 2 weeks. I have notifications from H3 turned off. Surely that doesn’t matter.
Yes, you only get an ingame message popup “tier … reached, reward … CR”. However it doesn’t always seem to trigger. Normally it is supposed to appear the moment you reach the XP requirements. Race XP count after a race but skill XP is added during the race. I’ve had it happen at least twice that nothing triggered. In that case I had to go to the club leaderboard, back out and then it would show the message. There’s also a bug with the tile, it always shows me at tier 5 when I enter the menu. If I go to the club and back out it will show the correct placement but whenever I quit and then go back to the menu it says I am tier 5 and place 151.
Yep, X1 Two. I now see my error. Tonight I actually saw the message on the screen that I was at a new Club Tier for this new week.
Now, what I also discovered is that there is a delay in updating the Club info in the Club Tab. When I went to check on my status at that point, it still showed me in the bottom tier. A bit later when I checked again, it was correctly updated. AHA!!
So, what I now suspect happened to me in previous weeks is that the message popped up for the Platinum tier level up while I was in the middle of a Goliath run, and given the amount I won from the multi lap race, I didn’t notice the 400k. When I checked the Club tab, it showed I still had a ways to go before I leveled up to Platinum, even though I had already leveled up and had received my credits. At this point I kept racing, and paid particular attention to my credits and never saw a 400K jump while doing other races.
Another this that added to my confusion is that I read somewhere (didn’t think to bookmark it), that all club credits would be awarded at the end of each week. Thus, I was not looking for them during races. That bit of information is definitely incorrect.
Watched carefully as I made the required XP to enter platinum just now and I didn’t receive a payout. In fact, I didn’t even see the added XP and platinum rating until I exited/re-entered the menu. Restarted the game entirely and still no payola.
Same here. I only get the message and the credits for Bronze and Silver Ranks but never Gold and Platinum. Last week was the first time that I noticed. This week I paid attention and I definitely didn’t get the credits.
Im having the same problem. I thought i wasnt getting the credits so i paid very close attention to my money and am 100% i received bronze. But 100% sure i didnt receive silver or gold payout.
Already 3 weeks in a row that I did not receive all 4 tier rewards. 3 Weeks ago was the first time I noticed that I didn’‘t receive the Platinum tier reward. Than last I took good notice and only did not receive the 110k for the silver tier. This week I didn’'t receive gold and platinum. So it is quite random. I tried this week to get to the new tier level while driving in an event, so not advance due to xp’s given at the end of an event. But clearly that didn’t help either.
I didn’t care to much as I have enough credits and not really need the tier rewards, but clearly it is a bug. Either introduced with an update of the game (as it worked perfectly before) or an update of the Forza cloud server.
I’ve noticed that I don’t always receive Gold/Platinum tier rewards. The club ladder shows me on the correct tier but the credits are never added to my account. Probably been happening for 4-5 weeks now I’d say.
Just got platinum but 100% sure i didnt get the credits. This needs to be fixed i have probably lost millions due to this. just this week i lost like 770,000 credits because of not receiving my rewards. Let alone all the other times i thought i was getting credits and never actually received them. Looks like im not the only one that has noticed this tho. Please fix this.
Not sure if i’m on the right page, but in Forza 6, i have recently hit Tier 6 for Forza Rewards, and have not recieved the reward car (Lamborghini Aventador). please inbox me with any info. Thanks
You ONLY recieve the loyalty reward cars when you first start playing…not when you go up a tier
So, if i were to restart my profile, i will recieve all cars upto Tier 6?
there’s no guarantee of that, why restart to get 1 car
if you restart you lose everything, all Gift cars,credits etc
why not just buy with in game credits, it’s not that expensive and credits are easy to come by

Yeah, i get that, ive got around $4 mil, in credits, just about to finish the Porsche exhibition, i may treat myself to an Aventador.
I just thought, as soon as you move up a tier, you get rewarded for it, in game thats all.
