This issue comes and goes for me. I got this week’s credit rewards, but there have been at least 3 non-consecutive times where I didn’t get any. And I’m sure about that too. I keep good track of my credits because I’m constantly spending. I rarely have much money in the bank, so when 110K, 220K, 440K don’t show up, I notice.
I don’t become often no Club Rank bonus.
Is this a bug?
I’m not sure if club level affects tier bonuses, but you can only get the weekly bonuses after you pass into a tier. I believe club member weekly XP resets on Sunday night.

It never gives me a notification when I raise tier and always seems to be well behind my real XP total and level on the ladder. It looks like it doesn’t update in real time.

I didn’t receive the cr bonus from bronze - gold and neither from gold - platinum. I don’t know why but it’s not the first time this happens to me
Just noticed this myself. I’m about 300k from Platinum this week but I’ll see what happens. I’ve probably lost millions due to this as I have never really paid attention until today and then lo and behold I get on here and there is a recent thread about it.
Yeah sometimes you get the rewards sometimes you don’t. The platinum rewards usually fall into the latter scenario unfortunately.
I don’t have a large sample size, but here is something I have noticed that is best illustrated with an example. If I am 25k away from Platinum and I enter an event that will get we 50k of XP, if the Tier reward doesn’t pop during that event, then it won’t pop at all. Put another way, if I go back to freeroam and never got the reward, then I won’t get it all.
Going further, I was about 80k away from Platinum reward when I entered a blueprint race that is good for earning xp and credits. About five minutes in, I paused and checked the club tab and could see that I was now about 60k away from Platinum. So, even though you get your rewards once you complete an event, the XP seems to be accruing towards Tier Rewards during the event. However, there is definitely a delay from earning the XP to when it is credited to your weekly XP. I continued to check every five minutes or so, expecting that I would be 20k closer each time. However, this was not the case most likely due due to the delay.
It is this delay that may be messing up rewards. In the above example, I should earn the 80k I needed for the next tier in 20 minutes. However, it took close to 30 minutes at which point I received my Platinum reward. I believe if I had stopped at 25 minutes (well after earning 80k but before notification), I would have lost the reward. Also to illustrate the delay, I slowly received another 100k in my club XP after being in freeroam for several minutes.
All of this may just be coincidence, or the rewards coming through may be totally random, but I thought I would share this in case anyone else wants to lookout for it.
I was checking my Club Tier and was conscious of when I went from Gold to Platinum. It registered properly, I appeared as one of the only three members to reach Platinum in my Club this week. But I received no rewards. 400,000CR would have been obvious, they would even have added a digit to my total. The rewards never appeared. Even after I had rebooted my console. I’m not sure if this has happened before because I hadn’t even explored the Club tab in the menu, but it definitely didn’t happen yesterday. And I really want the credits because I’m close to collecting all the cars in the game and the last ones on my list all have Autoshow prices above 2,000,000CR and the auctions are also expensive.
