During races, I’m missing information of my place and the distance between my car and those around me. Also missing the track map. I’ve gone through some trouble shooting with this. I’ve restarted my XBox with a hard boot. Another time I did a simple restart by choosing “restart”. The information came back for one race but was gone again in the next. It’s been this way since the last update. Note this has been in Free Play since I’m learning the tracks again with the track limits. I haven’t tried online play yet, so I’ll follow up
As to why I waited so long to report this… I was on a 4 week vacation. I left just before the update and just got back a few days ago. I didn’t notice it my first day back because I spent that attempting and failing to beat F4H SuperGT on Spa with the Ferrari in Rivals. I was doing other rivals events, too and so there were no other cars on the track. Now in races there are and the HUD is incomplete.
And before you ask, I checked the settings and the proper items are turned on. I also turned them off just in case things got messed up. No change. Then I turned them back on again. Alas, they didn’t come back on. Those features appear to be non-functional on my game. Do you have any suggestions?

Check which mods you have active
Also check your hud settings
I don’t use the mod cards except for stuff like - make 6 perfect turns; ABS, TCS, and SCM off (since I run that way anyway); Steering Normal. But mostly I don’t run them at all. And my HUD settings are what they’re supposed to be.
What’s odd is that sometimes the game won’t advance the track after a race. It’ll stay on the track I raced. This also happens when my HUD has disappeared. Also at these times if I try to get into an online race I can’t because the servers aren’t available. Then like last night everything worked fine. HUD, connection to servers, everything.
I wonder if this is related to the server issue?
Did you ever get a response or figure this out? I have had the same problem a few times as well and it seems to go away, but I’m having it again. Additionally, I noticed that not only is the HUD not displaying the things you mention, it DOES display a target time - as if it’s in Challenge Mode, which I’m not (or not intending to be). It’s like it’s confusing what mode I’m in while in Free Play.
I’ve always had this same issue ever since that update where they overhauled the UI. In free play, there’s no position place or distance ahead/behind
