I had an “invalid profile” error on 2/2/19. I follow all the steps that Forza support instructs. The problem is, they haven’t looked at the trouble ticket to rectify the situation. There is no way to contact them. Obviously this is very frustrating.
You will need to continue this with the support ticket as they may need further information regarding your account or for you to attach either screenshots or PC information etc
I can understand that this is frustrating but they will try to respond as quickly as they can.
I did everything they asked. The problem is they would need to look at the ticket in order to fix the problem. 6 days later and no one has even looked at the ticket.
At 6 days, you’re only getting started. See the other threads in this subforum where people have been waiting for weeks for the same problem.

I have same issue with my profile got invalid with error code of E:47-0, and I also submitted a ticket #24039 through the official Forza support site,
and one week passed no one ever gave an answer for that, I am really disappointed for the cloud save control of Microsoft.
I didn’t erase my cloud save yet because I am expecting if there is a fix for it, but I am very afraid in the end all the cars, credits and process I got will be gone without any compensation.
