When I try to go to the server I always get the same error and that is already since I bought it so before the update on October 1st. My question is this is me or at the server of Forza Horizin 4? Too bad that you can only play alone without having to drive with your friends in a co-op.

If you are still having this Problem, try to activate IPsec on your router.
I also shows that mistake some solution, as puts the router in IPSEC mode

As of this wednesday, I am having the same problem on Xbox One X. Everything was fine before. Now I can only play Solo. Everytime the server tries to connect on Hoziron Life, an error message appears:

Change DNS is just not the solution in my case, in my country there is no Xbox Live so I can not come online.

I found solution that helps to solve this problem to me.
It appears when im connected to wifi network through my PC wifi adapter (TP-LINK TL-WN722N).
But if i connecting my phone to the wifi network and after that connect my PC to the internet through my phone via “usb-modem” function - seems all connects good to the Horizon Life. (and your wifi adapter need to be disconnected or unplugged before this)

How does this count as answered? There is obviously something wrong consider the HUGE amount of people that suffer with this problem. Does every single person have to be individually spoken to? Why not provide us all a fix? Your support site takes days, I had a ticket in that took nearly a month to get answered.
