I have made 4 tickets and not even the support can solve the problem. all were solved without having solved anything … and I pay so much money for that …
i write the first tiket in january and i wait for answer till april than my tiket was deletet i dont become a answer, now i open the second tiket and i wait…
and the tip with the ports dont help too , i have conection to 15 places and every time i try i conect with a oter place (west europe, north america …) but everytime i have ipsec 0x00000000 , all the ports are open

I’m having the same issue.
I’ve made a forum post, where atleast some community members have tried to help with experiences they have found to help.
I also made a support ticket on the 19th of February, which hasnt even gotten a reply yet.
I was recently at a massive LAN event with over 2000+ participants, I spoke to quite a few of the ones playing FH4, and out of the 19 I asked, 8 of them are having the exact same issue. (IPSec), and 4 were unable to confirm as they hadnt finished the “intro” yet.
It feels like the mods here tell you to just post a ticket because their hands are tied and they themselves cant do anything, but once you post a ticket, you have 10 employees working on 10 000 tickets… Havent even gotten a response yet and its been over a week…

In your router settings you must forwar ports required by forza:
The ports for Forza Horizon 4 are as follows:

UDP: 88,500,3074,3544,4500
