So FM7 multiplayer needs to be fixed.
When going into multiplayer, the game pulls you into game chat out of party chat. It is very annoying to be talking to friends playing other games just to be pulled out of party chat without any sort of notification. It also glitches party chat in that you have to change party chat to game chat then back to party chat to go back to party chat.

Well, my friend and I were playing last night we were in a party chat, everytime we joined any multiplayer session through the hoppers the game automaticaly changed our audio to the in game chat. Anyone else experienced this?

Just reporting the bug here because it’s very annoying, hope it’s fixed with a future patch.

It is not a bug. I think it is bad feature…

Unfortunately I think you may be right…it’s a very annoying feature though.
I sincerely hope they “correct” this though as I get into party chat even without a party so I can avoid the incessant chatter and strange noises of randoms.

Hope they change it, don’t like party chat dropping (when entering multi-player) AND in game chat dropping on exit of multi-player.

Happens on private lobbies too and very annoying. You need to go to the party and switch game chat to party chat and then you’re good until you leave the session.

Not true mine switch’s during the race at any given time.

Good and maybe you can look into the pop up headlights and the hondas that just the start as well.

And add custom public lobbies, lobby tuning & car clubs w/car sharing

Hi Nitro Glitter, I just had a weird issue where I’m on PC and my mate was on Xbox. He had the same issue these guys are having where he was moved into game chat but I was chatting in game chat and party chat (W10 Xbox app) at the same time.

thank you because I’ve been playing since forza 2, please this is making racing on line unplayable, I’m glad you guys added class a i waiting for the other classes this should never be left out of forza because its a core feature for most on line players I’m looking forward to this fix because i can’t talk to my friends in a private chat while racing thanks in advance

yeah this “glitch” or “feature” is terrible. The group I race multiplayer with every week was going to switch to FM7, but the number of audio struggles, and general issues with MP in general (NO AI racers?) makes it rather pointless for now.

this is still happening i can’t race i nforza while talking to my own friends in a private chat what is going on here turn ten and microsoft this is beyond riduculas

Today it got even worse.
When I start Multiplayer, game is asking if I want to join party or game chat.
It results in an infinite loop, game keeps on asking again and again. Can’t join multiplayer because of this.
Very annoying.
