Preordered and downloaded the Deluxe weeks ago, I’m in Connecticut. Am I reading Twitter right and we are live? When I click on the game it opens with the stock load screen photo of the new Ford GT then drops to my home screen. No error, no game. 
There were some launch problems when the Ultimate Edition went live last Thursday - apparently those who bought a digital edition before it went Gold didn’t download the whole thing. You may have just a stub. See Mechberg’s post stickied at the top of the forum:

Alternatively, it may not be the 15th where you are yet?

have you properly hard reset the console lately
Yeah it’s after 2 here, also I did see the Stub post. I have the game. Not sure why it’s dropping
Yes I have reset my console too. I don’t see anything online about others having the problem so I can only assume its on my end.
