How did people manage to get the Supra Horizon Edition ? I know not all HE cars have been released yet and they should be coming sometime soon but I’ve seen people with the Supra HE in the car meeting. Like what ?

Also it appears that people tuned their cars to impossible lengths. I’ve seen a R class Mazda RX-7. I don’t even think you can tune that to X class. Also seen R class Ford Crown Victoria. Am I just a retard ? What exactly am I missing here ?
Uuuh … I think that’s about it for the unusual stuff lol. It’s just that these things REALLY got to me, I need answers. The only answer that makes sense to me is that PC players managed to hack these cars but I just need to make sure.
