Same here. Loading screens take forever to load or save. I get an error stating that servers are not available. Can’t get to the storefront and the auction house. Hopefully they will fix this.
I jumped onto Forza 4 after finding out the online server was down on Forza 6. Apparently its been down on Forza 5, and Horizon 2 and 3 as well. I wish they would keep the servers open on 4, as that has been my favorite of the bunch. I have fond memories of the car club and shared garages.
Please restore the servers, at least for the Leaderboards.
Yep, like said higher… Servers struggling to work, leaderboards dont want to load, gifting tunes, paints its almost dont work… Buying things from storefront is almost impossible

Not just me then. I stopped playing lots about a month ago. From what I can tell, best lap times are still being saved but difficult to verify . This is testing my stoicism. I just won’t get gold again for awhile yet. Oh well. Stay safe.
Apparently this affects FM4, FM5, FM6, FH2 and FH3. Essentially all the legacy titles.
It would be nice if a mod could give us details about what’s going to happen with the servers or if someone could contact Turn10 about this issue.
Forza Motorsport is still aways from now, leaving only FM7 and FH4/5 still active, and FM7 just ended its service life… So what gives?

A little update about FM4 last three days was lot worse, we can set race lobby, but host its dropped from lobby after each race finish… So im host finish race dropped, next person is host finish drop, etc etc… Any way to save the game? There is still many players playing each day and have fun from this title
FM4 servers are STILL down. Others have been restored. Can we not get FM4 back online? Rather disappointing.
Which ones were restored? FM3’s servers are still down too.
Well that’s absolutely lame.
I guess T10 is pulling the plug on 360 titles?

It’s possible, servers down this long isn’t a great sign.
The servers for the Halo games on the 360 got shut down recently, but at least 343 gave some form of a heads up.

It’s been a few months since the servers for Forza Motorsports 3/4, and Horizon 1/2. All which are XBOX 360 titles.
Has Turn10 pulled the plug on these servers forever? Can any of the moderators alert them about this issue?
It’s quite lame that these servers got shut down with no warning or any response.
Submitting tickets does nothing. Just an automated message about “limited support for matchmaking/leaderboards”. Both, which don’t work.
Some of us would like to get SOME sort of response.

Just booted up Forza Horizon 2 for Xbox One to find out the servers are still down. Really disappointing to see the lack of communication and support here.

the Servers aren’t dead I managed to finish my last Multiplayer Achievement yesterday for Forza Horizon 2 on the Xbox One the Servers are intermittent they either allow you to connect but will disconnect when it wants to all you can do is constantly keep trying & reloading the game.
I’ve contacted Xbox Support & Forza Support but with no Joy at the moment I’ve made updates on the weblink above.
Forza Motorsport 5 is also intermittent here & there but Horizon 2 is the worst one of the two.
The original Forza Horizon is completely dead & it’s been like that since the 10th Feb 2022 I’m constantly checking it everyday to see if they rectified the problem but sadly no if people constantly bug the Forza Team, Xbox Support & Xbox Report a Problem on the Xbox One / Series App on Console they’ll have to help. I hope this helps

no respect for the players, at least to show a statement that the servers will be closed… as EA does with Need For Speed.

servers still down for FM4, i got back on it recently after like 5 or 6 years just to find i cant get rewards for any of my paints or tunes? almost feel scammed to be honest…
Guys, are the private lobbies server dependent? I like to create custom races against AI by making private lobby. Hopefully that will still be possible after the servers shutdown completely. Currently everything is down but I can create private lobby with AI so maybe it"s your own console acting as a server like in some games?
If we can just look at the leaderboards - such a big games it is taking me years to get this far. So close to top 1000. Oh well.
Lap times in each class, drifting in FWD, AWD as well as RWD, drag racing and P2P (the only set that you didn’t need test track to fully complete).
I don’t have XBOX1 but if I do get a next gen I’ll seriously consider playstation5 and play gran trusimo - do they turn off lecacy games?
For now i’ll just do some laps in F class on TT and hope server will record the times even if i don’t get to see them.

Respect to all fellow racers growing up with such an iconic forza title as number 4. As much as I have very low hope that they’ll bring back servers and/or make it backwards compatible I can I ly pray one day they remaster or resell this legendary game and bring it back to the community with online, leaderboards, clubs, liveries, everything this game had to offer for nostalgia.
I recently re- acquired this game brand new unsealed limited collectors edition, I still have my original 360 but lost my hard drive on it for now, but then I’m not sure if it was on that or my 360 slim which I don’t know what happened to. Only if I could see my original garage in that game it would bring a tear to my eye but it’s not that bad…
It’s just such a shame they don’t give any warning to their fan base and there is no way to directly communicate with them when they shut down servers or even have server issues and they say nothing, it’s disgusting !
I’m still racing in fm6 when I can as I feel that game captures some of the essence from 4 but definitely hasn’t got the same feel like the menu music and the clubs, customisation, that hits hard
