I realize this is part of the pricey pre-order bundles, because life is in play and this is the only game i’m buying this month. I do want to get the race cars involved in that pack at some point. Will that pack be available to separately purchase after launch or be included in the season pass?

Season Pass (here it’s called the Car Pass)…no.
It should be available after launch to buy, if previous Forza titles are to go by.
If it’s the All-Stars Car Pack you’re talking about then Max says here that “It’s unclear if this pack will be available for Standard Edition owners to purchase after release date.”
I think it’s okay to call it a Season Pass, the season being Release Season.
It would be highly unfortunate if they decided to just be unclear about it. Starting to feel that being unclear is the start of a nasty DLC plan.
Honestly, I’ve come to expect complete vagueness from T10 now. Something that really should change.
I would expect it to be available as a seperate purchase either. Only the 5 VIP cars are exclusive.
I also think that most of the All-stars car pack will be cars in the extreme track toys division since that seems to be where cars like the Aston Vantage GT12 is going as well. And probably the 2 V8 supercars (2016 Ford and Holden) will be in modern muscle cars.
While you’re right on that. The DLC for H2/FM6 was superb, that fear of a terrible DLC plan of H1/FM5 still looms. The fact that they’re simply “unclear” of this bundled pack makes me very wary now.
But then I realize the only way to even get the All-Stars pack is if you buy a digital version of a bundle upgrade. If you buy physical like I have, you are locked to a standard version no matter the retailer atleast in my local area. Retailers only offer pre-order product upgrades in the form of a Xbox Live digital code… that is released on launch day as ridiculous as that is.
Wait, so because I pre-ordered the physical version of the Ultimate Edition, I won’t get the All-Stars pack?
Though I did prefer what they did with the season pass in Horizon 1. You get EVERYTHING, bar the VIP pack, and I think the pre-order pack too.
At least to me local-wise, the only version of FH3 I can order is the standard which is what i’m stating otherwise I am forced to buy digitally if I wanted to have a “upgrade”.

You get the allstar pack with both the digital and physical ultimate edition. The only thing the digital edition gets are two cars pack for fm6 and fh2.
