Looks like I will NOT be getting all of the achievements. There are quite a few listed that are of zero interest for me, sad to say.

Looks like quite a few new features in the game due to what the achievements are saying. “Upgrading” festival Locations, Hiring and firing Drivatars, and what is this Skill Shop I am seeing?
Are they adding RPG elements to skills or something?

FH3 Guide / FAQ thread:
Upgrading Festival Sites
Hiring/Firing Drivatars and Convoys
Skills and Perks
Skill Songs

Do people still care about achievements? I doubt I’ll get the drift ones, don’t care, it won’t spoil the experience of the game for me.

“Sign 4 radio stations to your festival” sounds interesting, sounds to me like we’ll be able to choose which stations play, and which stations don’t, while driving.

I absolutely love that list! Makes use of everything, not crazy grindy, online isn’t do 300 of this or that. Like grind said, lots of new stuff going on. The crafting, building up festivals is becoming very interesting.

might be my favorite list of any forza game (without playing it yet of course)

I’ve always enjoyed achievements. i’m not a 100 percent everything person, but they have always made me try stuff i probably wouldn’t try otherwise.

I COMPLETELY glossed over the Halo warthog and the game going gold! What a great visit here lol

Well to be honest this list looks very nice and diversified and not all to difficult to obtain. I’m not really the person to hunt down the very last achievement but I do enjoy seeing some of them pop up from time to time. In FM6 I think I had about all but a handful done for the base game (didn’t care about the ones in both expansions).

Looking forward to it and indeed the achievements seem to reveal some interesting game features.

Looks very promising - I love to see a game with loads of smaller value achievements, it usually makes for some fun and kooky ones. Fly Like A Regal sounds entertaining, for a start

Judging from the list of achievements announced today it seems that FH3 is turning out to be 80% all terrain and 20% street, with only one major city destination, and no road trips, which I totally enjoyed in FH2. For some strange reason someone assumed that having FH3 look like a laid out Storm Island with streets and one city in it would be a great idea! But while this may suit southern outbackers who relish trucks and off-road terrain, a great majority of folks really don’t like off-road racing. The approach used in FH2 where a total the off-road focus was limited to the Storm Island expansion pack was correct, but then too, only a few folks went for the pack, including myself. So why would someone think that a glorified off-road game is the correct successor FH2 is beyond me! To this end, and while I love Australia for all its natural beauty, I think I’ll pass on the day one acquisition of FH3, which I don’t believe will do as well as FH2 in sales.

Wow. You conclude ALL that from an achievements list without even having played the game? Astounding :o

Having had a butcher’s at the achievements list for FH3 this really is shaping up to be an awesome game. I’ve never been happier to unemployed than right now - Luckily I still have an income.

The achievements list gives you a really good insight into some of the activities and features in the game and one that caught my attention is ‘Fly like a Regal’. We’ve seen the massive airstrip on the FH3 map and there seems to be a ‘big air’ ramp there (similar to the one at the airstrip in FH2, which was very under-used). We’ve also seen the likes of Tanner Faust and Bryce Menzies setting records for huge air. Now we can do it in Oz in a freakin Robin Reliant!!!

I look forward to seeing the Evel Knievel paint jobs on the Reliant Supervan and Forzatography photos of it flying across the Outback.

Backpacker is another achievement that caught my eye. FH visuals have always been eyewateringly beautiful and now they are making visiting Beauty Spots an achievement! Boom! I remember driving every road in FH2, now they have added beauty spot too. I need to find the perfect 4x4 with a high driving position and great visibility to cruise comfortably around the map and discover every road, track and beauty spot.

Can anyone help me choose that ride? I’m thinking a Ford Bronco has the right driving position (cockpit view obviously, I always use cockpit view for any Forza game) but it’s a bit of a bore to drive in a stock set up. Buggies would be an obvious choice they usually have wire meshing and poor visibility. The Nomad will be a lot of fun but you need to be high up to see more. What’s going to be the best touring vehicle for exploring?

Don’t forget you can use the drone view if you need to be high up …

Looking forward to that Endurance Hero achievement! I LOVE doing longer races!!!
