Been stuck on 82/83 in the Festival Playlist accolades for a fair while now waiting for the day a story based challenge to turn up to complete Story Star.
I thought today was that day with Plot Twist - Earn 5 Drift Skills in any Horizon Story Chapter…
Jumped into a story, challenge completed, annnndddd… Nope. Forever 82/83 it seems.
You need to wait until a Series gets repeated that had a story featured. Unfortunately Upgrade Heroes lost against Cinco de Mayo for S46, otherwise there would have been one to complete this accolade.
The current vote for S47 is Rush Takeover vs. Midnights at Horizon, neither had a Story featured in the Playlist if I remember correctly. So you have to at least wait until mid-June for S48, and even then it is not guaranteed.

Story Hero accolade impossible to complete?
I was looking to complete this accolade for some time, and I though I will finally complete it in this series, since it was featuring a horizon story (in the original season 13).
Now I found out that the Horizon Origins story is not featured in any of the seasons from this series.
What’s the point of “returning” previous series if you alter almost the entire content of it. I understand adding new content, for expansions for example, but I don’t understand why alter the old content.

So, Donut Media is the winner for next series. I hope you will not remove the Story this time. Yes, I know the seasons are probably planned months in advance, but maybe there is time to update them.

I thought we are in the last series.
I also voted for Donut Media so German Automotive was grayed out.
So because of that, combined with the fact that I thought we are in the last season, I thought Donut Media won.
Your point is still well taken. I also hope they keep the “Horizon Story” event in the playlist should Donut Media come out on top. They need to start realizing that making changes like that have effects other than just event rewards. It does seem they forget about accolades when making these odd decisions.
