You wait till one of the weeks there is a Horizon Story event in the playlist and then complete it.
you may have missed out on this one. you need to complete a horizon story that is featured in one of the festival seasons. i don’t think they will be putting any new stories in the seasonal festivals.
I think you’re out of luck, the last time there was a story in a playlist was 12 series ago all the way back in August-September last year.
I think there might be another donut story coming at some point
