They said this to address the FOMO cars and they never touched or mentioned the issue again, nice.
They removed carPG no one asked for and was universally disliked, why can’t they admit they were also wrong with the time limited FOMO series cars, again overwhelmingly no one likes it.

Update 16 will tell the direction of this game this year. Lots of good fixes and adjustments, some perfectly picked BMWs added to the game including multiple new to FM, some single player tweaks, and a new feature like creative hub or dropping the FOMO cars and events would be a cherry on top. If those things get tackled then we are on the right track to start the year. But if we get 1 or 2 new to FM BMWs and only 1 being a race car, nothing on single is touched and they dont even mention or do anything about the “end of the year” stuff that they were going to implement then it will be more of the same for the foreseeable future and will be a huge let down.

After their actions from July-December 2023 in promoting this game and patting themselves on the back, Turn 10 has lost the privilege to claim benefit of the doubt (possibly forever). Everything they do must be viewed and questioned with strong skepticism until they demonstrate that they don’t warrant that level of scrutiny. “By the end of the year” is a tentative deadline, whether you like it or not, and the fact of the matter is that they missed that deadline. They missed that deadline on a matter that should have been corrected a year and change ago. Will they correct it any time in the next couple of months, at least?
I wouldn’t bet on it, if I were you.

I can live with a missed deadline, but to not even follow-up with any mention of its status or a revised delivery estimate is like being a no-show at work without even calling in, and letting calls roll to voice mail when people try to find you… Very unprofessional.

Also, a serious question. There has been zero communication or involvement by anyone official here since like september/october. What happened to the commitment to better communication.

Does anyone at turn10 play this game on PC? I genuinely get infuriated every time i come back to FM. Car sounds are still muted in cockpit, hood and bumper view on a lot of the cars(example: m3 evo featured mp). I really don’t want to go through the process of submitting every single car that has this issue into the troubleshooting hub. Micro stutters in the main menu, micro stutters before loading the track, , micro stutters after loading the track ( in pits menu), micro stutters while racing, micro stutters basically everywhere. This game is a lost cause if the community has to sit through and report in detail every single large or little bug and pray it gets fixed.
My biggest disappointment from this roadmap are the tours. Everyone keeps telling you not to remove them from the game at all, instead you say “okay we’ll add a few of them as permanent”, ends up doing nothing about it to this date.

Things are back to normal around here. Silence.
Honestly, i think the game support Is coming to an end in 2025. They are going to release the tracks from FM7 that are still missing, some Cars and maybe some fix to private multiplayer like grid ordering during the year.
Well, at least half of the things they promised made it into the game. I really thought now that the game feels like it’s at a stable point, bugs and performance wise, they are going to focus on delivering content and features. Really sad to see what happened to T10 with this title, this game had so much potential.
As per the January update, the 
items on this list are likely to stay as for at least the next 4 months.
We recently finalized our plan for the updates we will be making available to you in the first half of 2025. This includes a content update in May that will include a fan favorite track. Leading up to that, we will continue adding new-to-Motorsport cars and events into the game, themed around Daily Racers, Velocity, and Porsche Motorsport Icons. We will showcase these updates in more detail as part of our blogs alongside their release.
As we’ve been working through all this new content, we’ve also been continuing to look towards future updates. This means that our work on some of the features we previously announced for early 2025 may be re-evaluated as we complete our new plans. Until then over the next three months our updates will be new content only. That was a very difficult decision, however we are excited to continue to bring new content and experiences to you.
