A harmless glitch, please don't fix it!

Some guy posted a video in a facebook group yesterday and i tried, it really works, so what this glitch do is allows you to change the size of the original wheel of any car, it’s harmless and a really really hope that they don’t fix it, or give us a option to do it properly without having to glitch the game!

Here’s an example:

And here’s the video i mentioned before:

So you make a post about it on the Forums, where the Devs may look at it and decide it needs fixing? Not the best thinking, in my opinion.

Somebody would eventually report this as a bad glitch, so i decided to step forward and report as harmless one, if they fix it i’m gonna have to live with it, but maybe they realise it’s a oportunity to increase the game’s customization options, i don’t know…

Yeah posting it here is pretty much a surefire way to get it patched almost immediately (especially after glitched cars start popping up in the AH).

That being said…I definitely wanna check it out when I get off work…hehe

This is awesome!! Something that has been needed!

This seems familiar for some reason.

There must have been a game that I used to play where the standard wheels could be increased in diameter … Was it a Gran Turismo or a Forza?

That would be Midnight Club LA if i’m not mistaken!

I did play that actually. But I swear it was available in one of the simcade types as well?

The problem here is licensing, as the devs may have no choice but to patch this glitch

Someone delete this thread!!! Lol best feature ever don’t want to lose it.

This is the best feature/glitch whatever you want to call it! Some cars look amazing especially some of the older cars with the wire wheels, they come up stunning with a shadowed chrome paint on them!! I know they will stop this but please let the cars that have already been done stay that way!!

Public vote?? Haha kidding, or am I!!

Thats cool…have to try it for some pictures befor it gets patched

personally, i hate huge rims and very low profile tyres (note the correct spelling)

(For a chap from the land of fortnights. This side of the big pond, definitely not correct.)

I’m going to have to try this out. Does profile make any functional difference in this game?

This Glitch Doesnt seem to work on the First Try everytime, if it Doesnt work the First time you have to bo back in and Do it again but buy a smaller tire, then when swapping tires you go back to the bigger tire and exit the upgrade menu!

Yo, I better not lose my Retro Fords due to you posting this. I’ve been wanting something like this ever since Forza 2 (yes, that’s where it’s familiar). My MK2 Escorts now look the part, as with my Sierra’s etc.
