5 things I hate about FH3

I always preview and look at all angles of designs before getting them so i dont know how you cant do it as well
Its the only way to make sure you dont get one with hidden appendages on the roofs…have seen quite few with them not visible at first but by changing the camera view before getting i can make sure they are safe

Can you prove this?

The only way you can preview a paintjob is when you are buying a car or in AH.

Not true, when you buy a car and put a livery on it, you can press (a button which I can’t remember) to view the car before you buy it.

Yes, WHEN you BUY a car, is the only way to preview a paintjob.

IF you have the car in your garage, and want a paintjob, you can’t review it.

I have never wrote anything else.

  1. AWD V12TT Swaps on everything
  2. No route creator
  3. Too many off road routes with too little off road car options
  4. Too many road cars with too little road courses
  5. T10/PGs unwillingness to fix reported bugs/inaccuracies in base content but rush out fixes for broken DLC content.

I have others…

Amen to what you have stated here.
Totally agree. And indeed include the rather poor AI/Drivafarts.

You certainly have that right, sure do agree with that.

First off that was whining imo or at least I don’t think it was necessary and second, I don’t see why people complain when faults are pointed out about games. I don’t like it when people whine about games true but negativity on some part is good for devs to see where thee weaknesses are in their games. It helps improve them.

Critiques are fine but it’s the million threads on the same thing that get annoying

Complaint threads are annoying??? Having problems that have been identified “millions” of times without being addressed are annoying.

The biggest problem is the stupid drive physics and the totaly overpowered cars ins S1 and A class! In horizon 2 the driving physics are so nice and there was no overpowering like in fh3! The Balance is gone! And the fine tune is not important anymore because all what you need to do for win is put all what you can in the Engine!

Ohh I don’t know, watching a lowered 67 Chevelle clean house on a Cross Country course is kind of fun, or funny yeah it was funny. I understand jumping a car (Lambo for instance) 300+ feet isn’t real either. But let’s keep the cars where they belong lol.

“Critiques are fine but it’s the million threads on the same thing that get annoying”
On a side note, if only 1 person was allowed to complain about a certain issue on the forum, then it wouldn’t seem like an issue as only 1 person complains.

The devs seem to pay little attention to the “complaints” anyway never mind how many times they are raised … about he only thing they sorted out in an anywhere near decent time frame was the Forzathon Fiasco with the Subaru…

Not entirely true. Builds are crucial, but the fine tuning can mean the difference between your Twin-Turbo, AWD V12 Mustang King Cobra special possessing enough drivability to let you compete/win dominantly and being a nuisance to the rest of the room because the only way it steers is if it hits something. That said, I wouldn’t cry if engine/powertrain swapping were constrained to viable options within a manufacturer’s portfolio unless there are examples of a cross-manufacturer swap beyond SEMA. Auto enthusiast sensibilities aside, it’s really insulting to find oneself in a ‘race’ with a glorified engine crane that keeps pace despite smashing into every wall on the course.

  1. This isn’t a storefront issue.

This is the design T10 developed for FM5 and has carried forward to FM6 and FH3. The only difference among those games is that FH3 has an option where you can view storefronts. Previously you had no idea what the other person had shared. FH3 was basically a quick fix bandaid for years worth of complaints.

The godawful design is what should be scrapped. It’s been 3 games and just about everyone dislikes it.

FM3 and FM4 had it right and far more user friendly.

  1. They wanted people to use the AH. With the creation of the storefront in FM3 the uses of the AH steeply declined from FM2 to the point where for you could barely find cars for sale in FM4 for many cars. They didnt want the AH to be barely used if brought back.

  1. I can’t use my wheel on the PC version.
  2. I can’t use my pedals on the PC version.
  3. I can’t even play the PC version since I refuse to drive a car without wheel and pedals.
  4. Limited wheel and pedal support on PC.
  5. No updates on when or if there will ever be full wheel and pedal support on PC.

1/2: Why can’t you use your wheel and pedals exactly? That’s sort of a blanket statement there…
3: You have options to get by until your wheel setup works; you just choose not to use them.
4: See 1/2. I’m sure others have theirs working. Do you have an old 360 wheel kicking around?
5: ??

I dislike people who whinge repeatedly about stuff that’s been said a bazillion times here before.

But I do like supercharger whines.

Us English and Aussie folk ensure that our language is dictated properly, and that it makes sense.

I absolutely do not like how they did the car sounds in the game!

Many cars share the exact same sample even though they sound fine when a drivatar is driving them.

Forza continues the tradition of not having upgrade sounds after you max out an engine. Engine swaps sound exactly the same no matter what car it is.

From the interior view, many cars sound like they’re just sucking in too much air… as if there’s a blender in the engine and it’s just making a lot of airy noise, rather than a meaty powerful engine. Sounds quiet and unconvincing.

So many sounds issues - they have not been addressed at all, except for the devs changing the Aventador SV sound. I can’t comment on that though since I haven’t purchased the VIP pass.
