LOL - Could be optional extras. I noticed it too but if you go into the Upgrade Shop and go to the rear Wing Tab I think you can achieve something more desirable in there for the hotrod look and ignore the Bodykit Presets
It looks even worse during a race with those extra bodykits. The whole bottom is missing, your driver’s shoes just hang in the air, the seat is not attached to the car.
Also in the tuning section you can’t access the extra bodykits via the upgrade menu. The only option there is default bodykit. You have to buy a preset and then downgrade manually to meet homologation.
When I go to body kit conversion there is only one option…stock body kit. The only way to change the body is to pick one of the presets. Is this how it is for everyone else as well?
Killed it for me too. I purchased both presets and then went to the upgrade section and got everything available tried different combos etc. Hopefully, they could add a 3rd preset with spare wheels off chop top and yes, of course, some doors would be handy coz as it is it’s Ugly, Ugly … UGLY
Same here, waited for this car long time and now got it and discovered its a complete bugfest.
I thought that most of the bodykit cars are same like in horizon 3 but this one is from another dimension.
Well, I got it today and I´ve got no graphical Issues. Everything worked on the Graphics side.
But I really have Trouble with the Tires.
The Homolagion Limit says 245mm.
On the Front-Axle I can Mount 155(Standard), 215, 245 and 265mm
But on the Rear-Axle only 155 and 215mm !?
Normally I´d take 215 Front and 245 rear (for matching Homologation) But this is not Possible!
Using 155 in front and 215 rear is too less Overall-grip and using 215 in front AND rear makes the rear-end too loose in Long turns
What´s the Point of having such a tyre selection on an FR Car?
The 245 rear tires (and one wider set) are there, but they are not normally shown…try swapping around the rims a bit until they appear, and hope they are not reset to 215 after you change back to the rims you want to use. Quite a bug fest, but I was finally able to get a cool looking hotrod build with 245 rear tires.
What really annoys me about this car is that this is the one car in the game that really screams for owning multiples and doing different hotrod builds, but it has to be one of the uniques that are impossible to find in the auction house. Same story back in FH3, where you could only get it as a barn find and the very few that showed up on the auction house cost 20 million…
Thank you for your answer, but it didn´t work for me. I tried 10-20 different Rims, but all max out 215mm. Only way I´ve figured out was to using one of these crazy Bodykits. Here I can Use every Rim I wanted, but when Changing back to the Standard Body, the rim snap back to 215mm.
Did anyone else get this to work? All I want is the Standard Body with Standard Rims in 245mm on the rear.
But the hot rod builds are supposed to be used with the bodykits IMO.
A little off-topic but it seems like everything they added to the game is bugged one way or another… In the Holden Monaro for example there were no wide tire sets in Horizon 3 (it topped at 285), so they added wider rubber in Forza 7. Well, the width increases all the way until 325, then there’s a 265 set lost between the 325 and 345 sets, which should have been a 335 set like in every other muscle car in the game.
I haven’t had time to do this but eventually I’ll comb every single car in the game in search of these small bugs, then post the list somewhere and send it to Turn 10 or something.
