When I log in to the game

what should I do??
Not the same but I never got my Horizon 1 T-shirt and baring in mind I was second in the world for online xp in that game for a considerable time, I am stunped as you why the system has not unlocked it for me ?
The Horizon 1 shirt has nothing to do with playing Horizon 1, it’s all based on your tier.
That Horizon 1 T-shirt was the loyalty reward for having reached Tier 9 in the Forza Rewards Program, NOT for having played FH1, unfortunately.
Do you remember what tier you were when you started playing FH4?

I have the same problem, on console, and it’s been like that ever since release. I remember claiming all rewards, then the next day (or next time playing) being able to claim some rewards again. I think I received the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor for playing FH3 twice.
Now every time I play and enter the menu screen for the first time I will receive a message about shirts and super wheelspins, that cant be claimed anymore.
It wouldn’t surprise me if this was similar to the Festival Playlist showing the past few updates (until this week’s update) that there was something to claim, if we unlocked an outfit, clothing item or quick chat phrase that we already owned.
Same story here for a FM7 and FH3 t-shirt and 2 super wheelspin.
I obviously claimed it long time ago but it only started to appear at each startup after I reinstalled the game due to some file corruptions if I remember correctly.
I would have tried to reinstall once more but I’m too lazy to wait for the sync process to run as it takes a very loong time …
