Xbox telemetry?

Ok we have options in settings to map telemetry,horn,toggle convertable roof. But you need a controller with maybe 30 different inputs to use them.
Why dont we have the option to turn off Anna or and Forza link completely. Anna seems to be a must have option. Im sure more people would prefer to have telemetry.
Or at least give us the option to have it. Seems strange to options Xbox players cant use in the menu…

You can turn off Anna and use telemetry

  • In HUD-Gameplay turn Anna off
  • My Mapping is Default 1 nothing changed there
  • Advanced Controller > Anna/Telemetry/TTS set to telemetry

Anna fully off and dpad-down opens telemetry

Maybe you are using PC, the option to switch anna to telemetry in advanced options is not there in the xbox series x version…

It’s there on mine? also Xbox series X, used telemetry on the Dpad down button from day one.

Happy with the Deadzones? Have Accel&Brake set to 0 - 99 wich gives me full trigger range

Ignore that seems game is ignoring deadzones :smiley: tried with 15% and 0% and is same for both… time for some new bugreport

Well that’s odd. I’m on series X and don’t have five of the options shown in Bluey’s image.

Mine goes from Vibration to Invert Vertical Look with nothing in between. I’m missing Switch Gears - Switch E Brake - Switch Look Back - Telemetry - Switch Horn

Anyone have an idea why?

Think i found your issue :slight_smile: go into settings then Hud and gameplay you will see that “Anna” is most likely set to “On” so turn off save settings exit menu then go back into Advanced controls and see if it has changed.

Ok found issue, you can only use default setup to get those options then switch clutch, anna and gears within advanced.
Does not work when setting up custom profiles. Thanks guys for all your help… sorted now​:+1:t2::+1:t2:

Thanks man, this worked 4 me but its not perfect i cant map, LB to map and my left analog doesnt work on extra car options like concertible roof/spoiler/awd,rwd

I would love to see no restriction on dpad controls that would solve it all

as it was in fh4 and still in fh5, there is a downfall to activating telemetry. you loss the ability to minimize the lobby/player list during races so your stuck with the player list blocking your right viewing area.
i know, you can switch it on when you need it setting up a new ride but it would nice if you didn’t have to every time.
