Xbox Racing Association Needs a Couple Guys For Final FM5 Season - Moving to PCARS upon release

Hello drivers. The Xbox Racing Association is a group of laid back adults that get together every Sunday night at 8 PM EDT for our main championship. This is not a mass user racing site, we focus on having a small community of drivers that like to race clean and fast. We have crowned 11 champions over the span of Forza Motorsport 5, and are looking to crown one more before we move to Project CARS.

A few things about us:

-We ban use of the racing line (full and braking), ABS, TCS, and STM. All drivers are welcome but you’re expected to be able to keep the car on the track (most of the time) without these assists.
-Our main championship is contested on Sunday nights at 8 PM EDT. We utilize quali, pits, safety cars, etc. Events last around 2 hours max. If you’re not available on Sunday night at this time this isn’t the group for you.
-We treat one another with respect on and off the track. Accidents will happen. Words will be said, Everyone is expected to move on and get over it after talking it out.

League website is here

I think it’s important to mention how driver oriented this league is. Both the cars and tracks for the season were chosen by season 1 participants. Many league updates occur with a majority consensus, so for those of you who want to be part of something where your opinion matters, join today!

Something can also be said about how helpful everyone is. When I first started out I was just a mediocre driver. But with these guys tuning help, racing help, you name has always been available from everyone in this league no matter what skill level you are. We got a nice lineup of driver now but we are still looking to fill those couple spots.

Take a look people!

Week 7 of our current season took place last night. The IFRA Cup (GT Cars) was at Silverstone while the Spec Cup (RUF RT 12 S) was at Indy GP. Congratulations to oo Bobbro o0 (IFRA Cup) and Stanman911 (Spec Cup) for wrapping up the championship a week early. Here are a few shots from the festivities.

Our upcoming season starts April 13th. We’re currently maxed out but we do have a waiting list that will allow you dibs on any future openings.

Please visit ForzaRacingAssociation.com for everything IFRA.

i would be interested. tagging to keep an eye on this post.

I want in. Are you Australian? because if your not I might not be able to make it on sundays but if your Aussie or NZ ITs fine

All pertinent info is in the opening post and on our website/forums.

Unfortunately, we race on Sunday nights (8 EDT), North American, not Australian. I think this converts to 11 AM or 12 Noon your time.

If you think this works for you please head to our forum and create an account. Link is provided above.

Thanks for your interest.

The upcoming V8/Exige season kicks off this Sunday night, April 13th, at 8 PM EDT. Our driver lineup is currently maxed out but any interested parties are encouraged to create an account on the forum and join the wait list. Although we have a solid group of active drivers, turn-over is inevitable, and openings are bound to happen in the near future.

Please head to ForzaRacingAssociation.com for more info. You can view our league guidelines and link directly to the forums from this page.

Thanks for looking!

Hello, drivers. The IFRA just kicked off the new season with two exciting races. The IFRA Cup (V8’s) was run at Le Mans and the Spec Cup (Exige) was run at Catalunya. A few league members have put together some videos for your viewing pleasure. Please head to ForzaRacingAssociation.com for all three videos and everything else IFRA.

If you’re interested in being part of a racing community with a group of adults, look no further. We do currently have a very short waiting list but I think you’ll find it’s well worth the wait. Please view all the league details in the opening post, as well as on the website and forum, before deciding if this is the league for you.

One condition, we run this league on quality, not quantity. We’re looking to put a field of 14-16 committed drivers on the grid each Sunday night. Absences are absolutely fine, missing half the races is not. Drivers that want to race once every three weeks should seek other options. Although that sounds a bit firm, rest assured that we’re a group of laid-back adults.

If interested please create an account on the forum via the link below. Once you’ve completed that please head to the wait list under driver hub and post a reply.

Due to some recent driver inactivity we may have a couple openings on the horizon. If you’re looking to race with a group of like-minded adults that pride themselves on clean racing, this is the place. Please view the opening post for all the pertinent information.

Thanks for looking.

Hi there i was wondering if there was any spots open in the IRFA Cup or the Spec Cup preferably IRFA thanks

Go ahead and make an account on the forums and head to the Driver hub and make a intro post. we’ll direct you from there.

Hey people. This league is thriving and currently at max capacity. That said, we are looking to add one or two guys to the waiting list in anticipation of a couple openings.

Season 3 is about a month away. We will be running '76 F1 cars for one series and are finalizing voting on the other.

If interested please post in the wait list thread on the forum and I’ll contact you. Pertinent links are at the top of the opening post.

Thanks for looking.

Although the league is currently full the wait list is empty. With Season 3 just a few weeks away this is the perfect time to put your name at the top of the wait list.

We will be kicking it old school next season with two unique series. All drivers are expected to participate in both series.

Spec Cup - '76 F1 Cars

  • Ferrari first 4 Races, McClaren final 4 races
  • 3 Lap Quali, Standing Start, Pit, Sim Damage

IFRA Cup - '69 Trans-Am Series

  • Mustang Boss 302, Firebird Trans-Am, Camaro SS (All at B534)
  • 3 Lap Quali, Two-wide Rolling Start, Pit, Sim Damage

If interested please visit the top of the opening post for the pertinent links.

Hello, drivers. The IFRA is looking for one or two new guys (or gal, see below) to fill out our driver lineup. We race each and every Sunday night at 8 PM EDT. We do two series each night, the Spec Cup and IFRA Cup.

We will be doing the '76 F1 cars and a '69 Trans-Am inspired series this season. These Trans-Am cars are super close and a blast to race wheel to wheel. Build info can be found on our forum.

As mentioned, this is a very active league with an excellent group of clean drivers. We typically have 12+ in our race night lobbies.

What we’re looking for:

  1. Clean Drivers
  2. Sunday Night Availability - If you have regular Sunday night engagements that will prevent you from joining us, don’t join.
  3. Assists? We ban ABS, TCS, and STM. Please be able to race without these aids.

Want to join? Please click this link and create an account on our forum. Doing so will put you directly into the driver lineup.

You can view our website via the link in my signature.

Still have two spots available for our upcoming season. See the post above for all the details.

Round 1 is in the books after a great night of racing. The '76 F1 cars at Yas Marina provided great racing with a few mishaps to be blamed on the curbs. The Trans-Am series was uber close at Laguna Seca. These cars provide intense door to door racing and can take a beating while doing it. We drop the lowest score at the end of the season so you’re not missing much by joining a week late.

We have a couple open spots. If you’re looking to race with adults in a well organized league please send me a message or visit our forum and create an account. Details can be found a couple posts above.

We are looking for 1 driver to join our league. If interested please verify that you are not on WiFi and you have a solid internet connection. We have near full race lobbies and if you have a shoddy connection it will disrupt the multiplayer experience.

Follow the link below to our new member area. You’ll need to create a forum account to post and reserve your spot.

Thanks for looking.

We have a committed group of 12+ adults that get together every Sunday night. We need a couple guys that are committed to joining a group of fast and clean racers. Our current season ('69 Trans-Am and '76 F1) has 4 weeks left. Next season will feature the Mazda MX-5 Cup in one series and the BMW M3 DTM in the other.

When: Sunday NIghts at 8 PM EDT. If you don’t have Sunday night free, please look elsewhere.

What: 2 Races (IFRA Cup and Spec Cup) Each Sunday NIght. TCS/STM/ABS are banned. We do a 3 lap quali followed by a 40 minute race. 1 Pit Stop is required. One series uses a two-wide rolling start and the other uses a standing start.

How: Click this link to visit our new member area. You’ll be asked to create an account on our forum. Once doing so please post a driver number in the driver lineup thread to confirm your spot. Important league info (Builds, Format, Etc) can be found within this post.

What else do you get with the IFRA?

A decent website with meh news stories. Haha.

Cumulative Stats and Leaderboards via Google Drive

You shape the future. Series are decided by league majority. This isn’t a dictatorship.

Clean and concise vision. This isn’t a huge group with 8 different series with 5 people competing in each one. Our focus is on a small group of friends that do battle once a week. Our goal, which we achieve, is to have 12+ friends on the grid for every race.

Fast but fair racing. Our top drivers typically place times in the Top 50 on leaderboards in the lead-up to race events. That said, all drivers go out of their way to race clean and fair. No one is hell-bent on getting to the front by any means necessary.

Fun! If you haven’t raced in a quality league before this will take your FM5 experience to the next level.

Thanks for looking!

Still looking for one more driver to fill the gird. See the previous post for details.
