XBOX ONE - Need help PLEASE! how 2 get pics from Gallery to OneDrive

Hey guys, sorry if this seems a tad silly but I was wondering how to get my saved photos from my saved gallery to my laptop? Do I just view them and use my DVR to capture like 30 seconds of the pic, than send it to the Xbox Upload thing or? I want to upload my gallery and make posters for upcoming events i host, but I’m not sure exactly how to upload?

Go to gallery tab on the forum, under community.

Open image in new tab, and “save as” to your pc where ever you like.

How do I get them from my Forza Horizon 2, onto my Xbox One, than on to my laptop? That was my question better worded.
