[Xbox] Console shuts itself down on starting screen.

Hi there.

I have this issue come up today and wanted to send it your way.

  • Upon starting up the game my console shut itself down after reaching the title screen (but before I get the login notifications for CR payouts related to Drivatars, Paints and so-on).

It worked once again after I switched on my console one more but I figured I’d report it here in any case.

This is with the digital version on an original Xbox One.

If it happens again I’ll let you know.

Had identical issue last evening. Tried several times with same results. Forza 6 started normally. This ev3ning 7 will not start again: Goes to title page then closes back to home page. The F7 icon now shows words resume next to it!?!?!? And will not start!

I have had the same problem as the original poster did. I started the game and I saw a black screen and console just shut off. Thankfully it has only happened once so far.

Same happened to me up to 3 times, the 4th time trying it finally went through
