My Xbox keeps freezes when going in to the my cars and buy cars in the pause menu and the host freezes when they choose a car in private free roam as well please sort this out

Hey, So I have been playing Forza Horizon 2 quite a lot lately, And it appears to have a bug where, When I attempt to pick a new car from my Garage, The entire game freezes and I would have to power off my xbox and back on again to sort it, I have sent a few twitter messages out to Turn10 regarding this, but as usual, It get’s ignored.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue occur to them?

Another thing about Xbox 360, is that whenever I try to pick out a car from my garage, the game freezes. I’m not exaggerating. It gets really annoying, playing online freeroam with your friends, And in solo, every time you have to leave and come back (Been happening since release day). Turn10 needs to stop fussing about DLC’s on XboxOne and take care of the glitches in Xbox 360. But, most of you guys at playground games/turn 10 just ignore these problems, and continue driving into the sunset. But there’s always another day, waiting for you. You have to fix these things, and quit ignoring us, the forza community!

Hopefully, you realize no one is being “ignored” here. What causes this action? No one posting here has given a root cause, therefore the “fix” must first discover what is making it happen.
Once that it done, a solution needs to be crafted and tested to make sure more things are no inadvertently broken by the “fix.” I free once in a while in the Garage when loading up a Vinyl to the Vinyls section, but if I move to another menu item quickly enough, the correct actions happen and it isn’t broken. Not sure what the root cause is, but it isn’t being ignored.

There is no root cause of this, It has happened to many of my friend’s online as well. It doesn’t happen on xbox one, But as I don’t own an xbox one, I have a 360, So it’s difficult to determine what the “root cause” of this crash is.
Whenever I open the my cars tab, the xbox freezes. This is a problem my friends have also been reporting. Enjoying horizon 2, just wish this problem would be fixed, AND that xbox 360 users would be able to get the FULL version of the game
Dear Forza/Microsoft. I have purchased a copy of FH2 Horizon brand new and for the past 2 weeks it has frozen on me during car changes either when riding solo or in a free roam with friends. I have now found that this type of problem has also occurred to my XBL friends as well. Its not enough that you guys have off loaded a inferior version of this game on to unsuspecting gamers in the 360 community with its mediocre, lack luster game play and graphics, questionable physics such as hitting and having your car flipped by invisible walls. There was also no preorder content to boot!!.This may be a 1st world problem but having to restart my whole Xbox inorder to continue to play this remedial game is just an added kick to the teeth. Please fix this issue so i can continue to enjoy what little vestiges of this game i do enjoy until i can trade it in for The Crew by Ubisoft. Thank you for your time.

Takes time to fix things. It has been happening to me since day after release. Although it seemed more right after I finished a certain area( I can’t remember which one already -_- Like 2nd or 3rd area maybe). At first it was just buying cars from the menu, then selecting cars. There are times when it will allow me to select a car 2 times. Online is the same, if I try and switch my car I will freeze. Once in a while I can switch but, the vehicle will have no engine sound, only the tires while turning. One other one that may just be random is once in a while when I pause during online free roam sesh, I will freeze.
No idea what is causing it, just have to decide what vehicle I want to use for free roam and for single fast travel is the best right now lol, I can go to garage and back. Hopefully they will be able to figure out what is causing all this, it’s a fun game to play.
