Attempting to sell illegally modified cars on the Auction House - BMW rims only go on specific BMW cars, not a Honda Civic Type R - is a serious and permanent ban violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct for altering the intellectual property of the developers. Without the illegal use of a third-party program, the game cannot be altered.
You may appeal your ban to Turn 10 at forzafb@microsoft.com, however, there is no further discussion of the ban or enforcement policies on these forums.
