Banners you see on race cars are applied by Turn 10’s development team.

I make my banner part of the roof from the top of windscreen so it looks like it’s part of the windscreen, it’s better than nothing, it have to do until T10 make it so we can paint on windows.

This is what I do as well. Done right, it looks like a legitimate windshield banner.

can you get your own custom windshield banners? if so how?

Some of the cars that come with liveries have them already and if you apply your own paint then you can apply a decal over that space too. Not very many but a few are available.
