Hello. I was playing Forza Horizon 4 and my windows gave a blue screen with this error code: Video memory management internal. When my PC restarted, I started Forza again. I’ve changed the graphics and started playing. Five minutes later, my windows gave another blue screen with the same error code. I need help. My PC is good and my video card have the latest driver. My HD have 200GB free.

what graphic and cpu and ram do u use?
I had this problem too about 4 times. Sudden BSOD and the same code as yours. I have I5 8400, GTX 1060 6GB, 16 GB RAM. But the worst problem for me is that the game constantly crash to desktop as same as Forza Horizon 3 grey screen and crash to desktop. Idk what is going on… The game runs perfect fine on ultra in 60 fps but this crashes make the game unplayable. I tried lower settings but it doesn’t help. I have newest possible drivers. What is wrong microsoft?
I also have this problem, happened few times to me. My spec is i7-4770, gtx 1060 6gb, 16 GB ddr3.
When i come back home I’ll try a tip with creating a bat file for restarting internet connection and I check if it helps to me… DRM probably causes the issue but IDK if it helps for BSOD…
i’m having the same bad bad experiance and problem in Forza 4 (this is my first ever game from windows store and forza )
1 )when i play the game it keeps crashing with ‘’ driver_irql_not_less_or_equal Blue screen ‘’ i tried every driver ( 399.24 , 411.63 and 411.70 ) and played with low to ultra .didnt help it .kept crashing .

With gsync Off the game play is so smooth ( stuttering and tearing there but smooth game play ) now with Gsync on ( when i do Gsync On i capped the fps below the monitor refresh rate say like 2 ) the game is ridiculous bad experience.its not smooth at all (feels like the game play is stop for millisecond and start and its kept going .and this is not a smooth experience game play in Gsync option .so it need to be fixed .currently playing with Gsync off with Blue screen crash . i asked my self --what the point of having Gsync tech ?

this is happen even in low or midum settings .i saw my gpu and ram memory it wasnt even full .arround 3-2 GB ffee memory in GPu and 10-8 GB free in RAM . cpu and GPU were stays in cool temp .even the CPU and GPu utilization were below 50 or 60% .

I have this same problem.
The crash dump says that the Nvidia drivers were the issue. I’m using the latest 411.70.
Between this, the lod problems and texture streaming issues I’m starting to lose my patience with this game.

I’m having the same problem, the game will either crash on startup or it will crash 20-30 minutes in, usually with a BSOD, not sure what is causing it though, the demo ran fine for about a week for me until the full game came out with the Nvidia driver update 411.70. I keep getting Code 50 which tells me it’s a hardware problem, but with what, I don’t know. I’m hoping it’s just a bad driver and Nvidia will have to release an update. My hardware is an i7 6700k, GTX 1080Ti, 16GB RAM, I am running a slight GPU overclock via EVGA Precision and a CPU overclock via the BIOS, neither have ever caused me problems before and have used these values for a long time on a variety of games. This is also my first time using this forum, if I’m posting when I should be posting elsewhere, please let me know, thanks.
UPDATE: The new patch released by Playground Games seems to have eliminated the problem, spent hours ingame without incident. Will keep playing and testing and update again if the problem recurs.
My game ran good on Demo, but it’s literally unplayable now. My config is: I7 7700K 4.2GHz, 8GB RAM, GTX 1080 8GB, and I ran the game on Medium - High
Guys I have the same issue 3 min in to the game and BSOD blue screen with Non Paged File or what not. Seems to be a widespread issue ATM. Hope it’s patched soon!

I think it started happening after the newest Nvidia Driver 411.70 released 9/27. Because before the Driver I never had any problems.

Quick update guys used the recommended settings and it doesn’t crash. It definitely has to do with Driver or graphics optimization since It only crashes when I run the game at max settings and 4k downsample.

guys updated I’m testing rolling back to driver 399.24 on nvidia

Guys I rolled back to driver 399.24 and the game runs but in random sections it crashes. Seems to be a driver problem or game problem at this time.

This solution helped for me. No crash and no BSOD after 4 hours of gameplay. You have to create a bat file:

netsh interface set interface name=LAN admin = DISABLE
TIMEOUT /T 30 /NOBREAK
netsh interface set interface name=LAN admin = ENABLE
GOTO M1
Interface name “LAN” switch to your connection name. This resets your network card every 10 minutes for 30 seconds and its looped. But today is release date so maybe microsoft give day one patch

Had this crash 2 or 3 times since the Ultimate edition came out, on two different drivers, seems very random in any case.
Have played hours at a time no problem, next time I get crash after half hour, start again and run for 5 hours no issue, next day for hours fine.
Following day an hour or so, crash, restart fine for another 6 hours.
Have to see what today brings.
I7 6700K at 4.3GHz 16Gb ram, Strix 1080 GPU.

I also have exactly the same problem, running into BSOD about 5 times since ultimate edition release. Every other game run fine (except FH3 which I also get BSOD with same code, but very rare)

Also have a problem with random BSODs. Today I got my 3rd BSOD since Ultimate release. It’s completely random, I can play for hours without any issue but sometimes I get BSOD after few mins in the game.
PC: i7 7700k, GTX 1070, 16GB RAM
Happened on both 399.24 and 411.70 drivers, no issues in other games.

Ran in to this issue today.
FH3 never crashed for me, FH4 ran fine (nvidia driver 416.16) until today when it crashed twice (driving around the same area - the first hose - in the winter season) with the error mentioned above.

16 GB RAM
if anything else is needed to help solve this, im dying to get back on the road (im one race away from finishing the freaking winter!)
Guys, writing specs like this is useless, you should upload your dxdiag txt files.
Also getting weird blue screens/crashes to desktop. My specs: i7-8700K, 16GB 3200MHz RAM, installed on SSD, Win 10 1809, playing at 3440 x 1440 though in game it recommends 2560 x 1440.
The blue screens give different filenames on each crash, I’ve had ntoskrnl.exe, nvlddmkm.sys, dxgmms2.sys and watchdog.sys all cause the blue screen, in the event logs I’ve seen a few audio issues too and also found these FAQs earlier: https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/sections/360001259694-Technical. Verging on wanting to format my machine but this isn’t happening on any other games I’m playing (FF XII, Rocket League and PUBG).
