Why does car not accelerate when using a wheel with 3 pedals?

If i select ‘Manual’ only, then the car does not accelerate but rather goes very slowly when pressing the Gas pedal

If i select ‘Manual with Clutch’ it works ok

But i don’t want to use Manual with Clutch setup but rather just want to use ‘Manual’ setup

any fixes?
