Why can't we take photos in online?

Okay, so I really enjoy taking photos in Forza as I love to look back on the great memories that I have had. However, entering the world of online disallows this feature. I wish that I would be able to take photos with my brother when we are playing. Does anyone have a reason why we can’t do this? or am I just missing something?

Edit:
We have been relying on the drone cam top take photos. However, its just a shame that there isn’t the ability to edit to camera setting as well as stabilize it.

Multiplayer has always relied on Replay data in order to accommodate Photo Mode as there is no other way to “freeze time” in an online environment.

Photo Mode in Forza titles requires time to be “frozen” in order to work.

As there is no Replay support for Multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 there is also no Photo Mode support. You’ll have to make do with Drone Mode I’m afraid.
