Why are your servers down?

If this game is Xbox 1 Backwards Compatible why are the servers down for multiplayer, storefront and everything else? It’s pretty useless if you can’t do non of the 1000 club DLC.

The DLC is due for EoL but how do you expect people to purchase it if you’ve made it inaccessible, I’ve questioned it on your Twitter feed and 0 response, the only people that have responded are Microsoft and they say it’s your problem in a nutshell.

There is problems all over with this game. Cant even spend tokens without it showing errors.

Yeah, bought the Limited Collector’s Edition and can’t download the packs I redeemed. Forty minutes on the phone with Microsoft Support and though very courteous, it was a dead end. TURN 10 FIX THIS!!!

It’s pretty much like they want the game to die…
How dare you playing a 4 years old game ?

While I can understand that it is impossible to support a game or software forever, they shouldn’t have put it on GwG if they gave up on the game (and they shouldn’t have had sales on the game and the DLC just before and during problems with the servers/DLC). It is apparent a lot of people are interested in their game, which creates new customers. Stuff like this will let new customers think twice about buying FH3 or other new Forza games.

I had the season passes for all Forza games except for this one and while I did miss the sale (unfortunately), I took the plunge last week somewhat against better judgment. If I knew the season pass was unusable I wouldn’t have taken the plunge at all. Selling something which you can not use is not really user (fan) friendly. I own and played all Forza games except for the first one (and Apex) and bought most of the DLC (and I bought most of the games day one). The Forza series of my most favorite series, but selling me DLC that doesn’t work (before it was delisted) and apparently not even trying to fix the problem makes me think twice about buying anything from them next time the release new DLC or a new game to be honest.

They should at least give the people with a season pass access to the stuff inside the season pass via the Xbox Live store. MS Xbox Live is supperior compared to PSN in almost any way, but on Sony’s platform if you buy a season pass, you can “buy/select” the packs inside that pass for free from the store and download them that way. On XBL, you can only redeem them from the game itself (or buy them again from the market, which is idiotic and it is insane this is still the case on Xbox One). This is not Turn 10 or Playgrounds fault, but because of this, they should see that their network works at all times as this idiotic system makes it mandatory to use/download DLC).

It is either that or abandon season passes/DLC altogether (which is fine for me as well). Btw, some packs are already removed from the Belgian store, so I can’t even download the “free” cars from the car packs as far as I can see.

Btw, the only way I can see us maybe getting working DLC is trying to get it on games news websites. They don’t answer us here, so I don’t see any other way anymore.

This.

From Forza2 it was a must-recommend for others for me. I bought FH3, ultimate edition almost without considerations.
But now I must consider buying next Forzas, more times, more times with orders of magnitudes than before. :frowning:

I’m a tradesman, and if I treated my customers like these game makers do, well I wouldn’t be a tradesman very long…

Problem is if they don’t like the standard of your work they would just go to one of your competitors. If we don’t like the price or practices of something on XBL then it’s tough luck, either buy it from them or go without. And they know it.
