Why am I still banned?

So 1 week ago I received a 7 day ban and I know what I did was bad and I deserve my punishment but on the message I got in the message center it said I was unbanned on 7/28/2015. I only got one feature of the game back and I’m still not able to look at tunes, photos, community vinyls, and I can’t delete my vinyl groups I already created. Why was I unbanned on only one feature. Please Help

The ban isn’t 7 days but exactly 168 hours from when it was put in place.

Check back in a bit and see if you have been unbanned.

AS SOON AS YOU ARE UNBANNED go remove whatever vinyl you were banned for or stop doing whatever it is that got you banned or you will be banned again for 30 days.

Bans are for a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, in this case a drug-related Vinyl posted from your account. Since you violated the regulations, you’re not allowed to participate for the duration of the ban (seven days or 168 hours from the time it was placed).

The Code, which we all agree to abide by when we create our accounts includes, but is not limited to:
"CONTENT IN XBOX LIVE

What is considered content in Xbox Live?

Content is anything you create, share, use, or promote that another person could see or hear or otherwise experience, like Gamertags, profile information, in-game content, and videos.

What are examples of content that is prohibited in Xbox Live?

(Note: the examples below are just a few examples of Content prohibited by the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn’t on this list doesn’t mean it’s OK.)

Content involving illegality. For example:
Gambling, piracy, child pornography, obscenity, or criminal activity
Underage drinking, illegal drug use, or socially irresponsible behavior connected with drug use (e.g., drinking and driving)
Terrorism (e.g., bomb or other weapon making instructions)
Information that could help identity thieves (e.g., government-issued identification number)"

You may send an email to the developers (forzafb@microsoft.com) if you wish, but the ban will most likely expire before you receive a response.
