Actually I want to know the same thing. I’ve never used the message service or my mic yet somehow today I get a random message from turn 10 on the game saying I was banned for a violation. Not bothering to mention any specific violation. Considering how much I spent between this game “Ultimate edition” and vip, plus forza horizons two and one, I believe I deserve an answer…
Not a “random message” but notification of a ban for inappropriate pedophilia enticement posted on a livery by your gamertag in violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, to wit, though not limited to:
"CONTENT IN XBOX LIVE
What is considered content in Xbox Live?
Content is anything you create, share, use, or promote that another person could see or hear or otherwise experience, like Gamertags, profile information, in-game content, and videos.
What are examples of content that is prohibited in Xbox Live?
(Note: the examples below are just a few examples of Content prohibited by the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn’t on this list doesn’t mean it’s OK.)\
Content involving illegality. For example:
Gambling, piracy, child pornography, obscenity, or criminal activity
Underage drinking, illegal drug use, or socially irresponsible behavior connected with drug use (e.g., drinking and driving)
Terrorism (e.g., bomb or other weapon making instructions)
Information that could help identity thieves (e.g., government-issued identification number)"
Neither bans nor the enforcement of the Xbox Live regulations by Turn 10 employees are discussed on these forums. In the future, refrain from offering “free candy” with the added kicker of “puppies too.”
You may write forzafb@microsoft.com if you wish, but will not receive a response most likely until after your seven-day (168-hour) ban expires.
