Where's my DLC?

I purchased all my DLC legitimate. I recently got rid of my old Xbox and replaced it with a new Xbox XS.

Installed Forza Horizon 2 just to see if it’s any better than the old gen console. I just realised that DLC isn’t available to “purchase” but I’ve already purchased it but nowhere to be found. How do I get it back again?

I’ve purchased every Forza Series’s DLC, they should be kept online for anyone to re-download.

I just don’t understand why it’s removed - since there’s no way we can a backup of it?

Go to manage games and apps, You need to install it. All my DLC works after going to Series X in all Horizon games.

I was hoping to do it via the game but it was not easy searching for it under the “Manage Games and Apps” as I have tons of purchases.
