When sharing a design, how do you make your body kits show in the "picture"?

When I’m looking through other people’s designs on FH3, I’m noticing that many designs also show the creator’s personal body kit, wheels etc.
But when I’m sharing a design, the design only shows how my car looks stock (but of course with my design on it).

So the question is, what’s up with that? How do I get to show my wheels and body kit to the community with the design?
