Forza Motorsport 7 doesn’t allow us to assign any functionality for LSB & RSB buttons on XSS. Please make those buttons for a functionality like ERS/DRS deployment or brake bias +/- settings.
Nor do any Forza games - something I’ve been asking for for the past 6 years !
N.B. sent messages to PGG, Forza, MS and Logitech to get round a table and sort it out.
They all just blame each other for the issue and ignore it.
You’d think LG would at least highlight and want to fix it as this as it affects their own hardware but LG are particularly bad with customer support - their website is a mess.

As far as I know, the only game that has managed to support those buttons is Project Cars 2.
Not even Codemasters’ F1 does.

Well I expected the responses from MS, T10 & PGG as they don’t care about how it affects their games as long as they keep their metrics up - even though it should because it should also affect their metrics with the players that actually play them.
The LG response was a bit surprising as it affects how their product interacts with the games but given their poor customer support is I guess it’s only to be expected with the poor customer support.
You would think that they in particular would want to keep their products a viable option to play the games instead of just ignoring the fact that their product doesn’t work in so many Forza games and so many others and would want to know why. Why is the LG specific software only available on Microsoft PC but not on Microsoft Xbox consoles ?
They should be forcing a round table with the others to find the issue and fix it.
Poor show from all 4 contributors on this issue along with the other game providers that have also ignored it.
It’s been years of asking now so I doubt they ever will.
