Does FM7 support most wheels on console like it does on PC? I was under the impression it did but my G27 isnt working on xbox with the demo.

If the current games do not support your wheel on the Xbox this new game will not either. It is simply a matter of the hardware not being supported by the console. This has nothing to do with Turn 10 or Forza. There’s a special ‘chip’ that needs to be in the wheel for the Xbox to work with it. This was never in your G27 so it will not work. The reason it will work on PC is because it is a USB device that has drivers made by Logitech. As long as the software developer integrates with the driver and the operating system old hardware will continue to work with newer games on PC
Again to reiterate for anyone that is confused… if you’re existing wheel did not work on the Xbox and the games that are currently out, it will not work on any new games moving forward. And this is not the software developers issue, this is a hardware issue with Microsoft and the Xbox and your old hardware. And its not ‘fixable’ or ‘backward compatible’ capable. You’ll have to buy new hardware to play on Xbox or switch to PC.
