Wheel spins

Are the players that are getting duplicate clothing on PC?

I think the only duplicates I have received were progression unlock t-shirts before I actually unlocked them.

There is no more clothing/emotes or horns on standard or super wheel spins for me… because I have them all (Xbox) with exception of the seasonal stuff I didn’t bother racing for.
Now on the surface that sounds wonderful, but now I keep getting $2k and duplicate common cars (except when I time the button presses perfectly)

Kinda wish there were more regular jeans in more colors (light blue, medium blue, indigo, black, gray, etc.). Can not stand skinny jeans (in game or real life)… and where are Club shirts & hats or official auto brand clothing??? (Jeep hats, BMW shirts, Ferrari shoes and Porsche jackets

Agree on jeans. My konig for relaxed fit jeans and socks.

Got a superwheelspin for reaching Skills level 19. Won 2x 5000 credits and quack wellies.
This is ridiculous

You got two commons and legendary, so what’s the problem with that?

My problem is I keep getting spins like that. No cars or bigger credit prizes anymore.

It’s not all bad. One of the Super Spins that I got for purchasing the Castleview Road home netted me 705,000 credits, which means I recouped almost the entire purchase price of that house in one shot.

Then again, there’s always spins like this…

I got yet another 10 million CR car from a wheelspin yesterday, and going in and counting, I have 8 of the 14 cars that are worth 10 million CR … all from wheelspins.

I’ve had people tell me that it’s luck, but it really doesn’t seem to be luck. They are showing up at such regular intervals that I have called the day I was going to get a 10 million CR car the last 3 times I’ve gotten one. And every multi-million CR car I’ve gotten was NOT a duplicate. At this point, with how many a have already and how few I have left to get, the odds of this continuing to happen if it really is random are going way down. If this is true, whether you purchase some with credits may have impact.

I think getting these cars are a factor of number of spins used. I think I’ve gotten so many because I play so much and farm wheelspins about as fast as can possibly be done without finding some cheat.

There is no stat showing total number of wheelspins used, but if there was, I think I could say how many spins separate each 10 million CR car prize from being handed out. Given my rank, how many Horizon Life wheelspin rewards I estimate I’ve used, and how many wheelspins I estimate I’ve farmed from cars, I’d say I’ve spun the wheel about 4,000 times. I may be off by a lot, though … maybe it’s 5,000, maybe more. But the cars keep coming at regular intervals. It’s not like one came after about 100 than another after about 900 … regular intervals to the point where I’ve been calling the day I get the prize, and I play daily and regularly. If I’ve spun the wheel 4,000 times, I’d say that the 10 million CR cars come every 500 spins.

500 spins is a lot. A whole lot. Most of those 500 are junk. Thankfully, no more duplicate avatar items, though.

So, yeah, I’ve gotten a bunch of those and most people haven’t, but I think it’s just a factor of how many times you spin the wheel, and I’ve spun the wheel more times than any one person should. After I got the 10 million CR Aston last night, I started counting wheelspins … and I’ll relay how many it takes before I get awarded #9.

I start got duplicate legendary cars way before i have every legendary car. And i cant really say those 10m cr cars show up in regular bases, last time i got 10m cr car was 43 days ago and still only get totally 3 and 2 of them in first 5 days. Some guys keep getting 10m other keeps getting cars like m-b g65.

I was talking specifically about 1+ mil cars, not just all legendaries. Yeah, I’ve got duplicates of legendaries that appear in autoshows, like the RS6 Avant. I’ve also gotten a total of 4 Aventador SVs, for example. But I’ve gotten no duplicates of cars worth 1-8 mil CR. Wherever I get one, it’s one I didn’t have even though I have more than 90% of those. The odds of that happening randomly are extremely low.

And here’s a little bit on the scale of wheelspin usage I’m talking about:

On Friday, I played more than 8 hours. Longer than I usually play, but I didn’t focus on wheelspins or my garage. I ended up spinning the wheel 26 times that day.

On Saturday, I played about 4 or 5 hours, which is more normal. I also focused on spinning the wheel as much as possible, like how I’ve been playing until very recently. It felt like the total was on the low end of what I usually do, but when I checked the final count, it was 85.

I think it’s about times spinning, not days played. Not all days are equal. If I averaged playing 4 hours a day like I did Friday, it would take about 40 days to hit 500 spins … and my count from Saturday suggest that I average about 700 spins between each 10 mil CR car instead of 500.

I don’t know … I’ll keep counting.

That’s funny i first read your post and then i think well i have some wheelspins so i go spin them, and got actually pretty lucky spins when in 61 wheelspins i got legendary horn (really more stupid horns -.-) ford ranger t6 (i have won that one earlier) 1m credit spin, caddy limo and vulcan FE. In vulcan i think “i have got this in from wheelspin in long time ago” so i check my vulcan and yes i was get my old vulcan on wheelspin so i have got not vulcan fe two times. Do we count mc12, it cost 1m cr but it’s epic i have got that one 3 times.

I did actually get a duplicate MC12 a while back. I’m not sure if being the only purple at or over 1 mil makes it different, or that price bracket has different payouts than I think, or if a really unlikely series of stuff has happened … but I’m good at math and go to Vegas and what I’ve seen is about as likely as playing craps and hitting a hard way 4 times in a row, at least. I probably could do the exact math but it’s on the order of thousands to 1. Maybe lower.

The FE cars in wheelspins can hit more than once, for sure. The Bentley FE has hit enough times to be annoying.

Grrr, I’m at prestige 3 level 50 or thereabouts and haven’t even had it once yet.
I’ve had duplicates of some FE cars, but it’s hard to sell them in the AH even at min price.

What’s driving me insane is all the duplicate cars I’ve been winning lately. It’s extra annoying since they removed the feature from FH3 where if you got a duplicate from a spin, you had the option to sell it back and get some credits. I can’t understand why they would remove that feature. Plus the duplicates are usually common cars that nobody buys on the AH even for the cheapest price, so I have to go remove them all and I get nothing in return. Just as bad as the clothes. I’d rather land on 1,000 credits than yet another old Scirocco.

that’s the only issue I have with the wheelspins, not being able to sell the duplicates when they get spun up

rest of it I have no issue since I get about 50 wheelspins each day and you cant always get big prizes, even though it appears a lot of people on here expect only Big rewards
should be getting enough credits for most things with regular racing anyways, not as if credits are tight, just not as loose as the past few games which rained credits ridiculously

i agree. i have legit won five of those Scirocco’s and it’s so annoying. i have about 19 duplicate cars that are trash just sitting in the auction because i don’t feel like reclaiming then trying to sell them again. i’ll just let them go away after 60 days. I don’t know what it is with that specific car but the wheel spins love to give me that damn car.

Yeah agreed, sick of getting junk and duplicates on super spins, makes the grind for points very frustrating. Forzathon live stops being fun very fast.

The biggest issue is when you get clothes that you already have. This is completely frustrating because it means you have wasted a wheelspin.

Apparently you cant get duplicate clothes

But there are so many that are very similar you cant tell

I got another 10 million CR car from a wheelspin … #9 and it was one I was still missing. Not a duplicate. From the last one, it was 418 wheelspins and 11 super wheelspins … give or take a few for possible small accounting errors.

Sooooooo …

Getting avatar items from wheelspins … is dependent on what’s in your inventory. If you have all the wheelspin avatar items, you stop getting them in wheelspins (unless new ones get added to the game, and then you only see the new ones). But until then, you can get duplicates.

My guess is that your inventory dictates what cars show up as well.

My strategy was originally to not buy any cars at all. Then I started buying all 1+ million CR supercars that I’d ever need, but I never started buying the 10 million CR cars. Now, other than the purple MC12, I’ve received no duplicate 1+ million CR. In thousands of spins.

My guess is that I haven’t seen any 1+ million CR supercars from wheelspins because I already bought them before it was their time to be awarded, and that I keep getting new 10 million CR cars because whenever it’s their time, I have that inventory slot open.

If that’s right, the difference in how good the wheelspins are to people that buy all the cars versus people that wait for a spin to pay out would be pretty big.

I notice some of that when i was getting all rare cars (those blue icon not actually “rare”) when i miss only abaout 10 of those i still get mostly those that i was still missing, but i get first duplicate rare car in point where i have 80% of rare cars, and abaout same 80% was when i get first duplicate common car. But with legendary cars that is never work like that for me, i get first duplicate legendary when i was still missing huge amount of legendary cars. But when i was missing two cars (pink porsche and shelby daytona) then i get that pink porsche on wheelspin after that i have never get any even 3m cars on wheelspin and im pretty sure that after that 1m + cars that i have get are few mc12, few fe vulcan (i get yet another one few days ago) and centenario and cant even count how many fairladys i have get so far.
