Wheel Spacers

Not a whishlist but a legit question.

I cant remember but right now there are only a select few of the cars out of the 450+ that have wheel spacing option. Will they be adding more cars that we can equip wheel spacing to?

Would like to know this also. I thought it was for all vehicles.

wheel spacers added with the widebody kits? without the widebody kit there is no need for wheel spacers.

All cars should have that option, whether they have widebody kits or not. Many of us are into the stance scene and would love to have a nice and clean fitment on each and every car. I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t available on supercars and classic racers tho…

I didn’t say anything about widebody kits. I know we don’t need them with widebody. im talking about like the classic muscle cars and tuners with out wide bodies equipped. The 69 charge has spacers but for the rear only. I bought the 70 camaro this morning and it didn’t have any spacers. I remember a video interview with ralph saying that spacers are only for select cars right now but cant remember if he said spacers will be added to more cars over time.

I was under the impression that wheel spacers are available for only some cars, but if you install drift suspension, then any car can have wheel spacers. I haven’t confirmed this but maybe someone else can?

Thanks!

The Triumph has them.

But what I want to know is how they affect handling, especially if staggered. Wider in the front = more overseer? Or do I have that backwards? Or does it matter, just aesthetics?

Yes, it does affect handling, because it changes PI. Cars with widebodies in other Forzas used to handle better.

Muscle cars are hard to make spaces for, because the wheels rub on the fenders. It’s an issue in real life, where owners are limited in tire choice compared to the game.

I’m actually surprised they bothered to add multiple settings for certain cars! The Escort Mk3 for example has three.

Just a guess, but I say the wheel spacers are due to receiving drift suspension. The camber sucks the wheels so far into the arches that it looks silly without the spacing.

No need for spacing with the body kits as the spacing is automatically adjusted with the kit.

I have noticed that some cars that do NOT need the adjustable track width have gotten the option ('17 Alfa Romeo Giulia), while some cars that DO need it ('02 Z3 M Coupe) did NOT get it. Kinda odd if you ask me.

Also I noticed that installing widebody on the 350Z removes the adjustable track width option.
