I just ordered a wheel and pedals, I need some guidance on a cheap wheel stand and maybe seat.

GT Omega has a good wheelstand that can be converted to a rig with a seat with an optional back piece. That’s what I have and it works great. It ships from the UK only, so shipping to North America is a bit more. I live in Canada.
Checked GT Omega, the wheel stand they have is nice but it says its sold out on the site 
Ahh right, the same happened to me. They should have an availability date on their site. Its usually not too long of a wait.
