What qualifies as a 'campaign race'?

I could be wrong but my interpretation of that has always been that it is a race run on one of the Horizon tracks, as opposed to races run on Custom tracks. However, it gets slightly muddy when it comes to Seasonals as some car perks don’t change…for example, one of this week’s Seasonal Championships, I sed a car which had 2 x10 race Perks (one Campaign, one other) and the Campaign one didn’t go down (stayed at 10) whereas the other one did (dropped to 7).

Any official race in game made by developers.
User made versions don’t count even when race uses route from any official race.

I just ran some tests myself on this. In my tests, road races, dirt races, and cross-country races count as campaign races, but street races do not.
