Best thing to do is to blueprint the circuit races to increase the number of laps: More laps = more influence and credits and also less time spent in loading screens.
Managed to get from 11 to 15 in not that much time. Will try to get to 20 tonight.
I suggest my own: “Highway Madness” starting at Elmsdon on Sea (in the southeast of the map).
10 laps up and down the highway, about 30 mins total. Bring an X-Class racer with speedskills and good grip (should be able to hold 250mph in any curve on the highway without breaking). You can crank up difficulty to 105% (I suggest leaving damage off/cosmetic).
Results in my Maserati MC12 FE: 29:52min, 424K Credits (fixed), 124k influence & 100+ perk points (both depending on your skill chains), Top Speed 274 mph.
Money and general influence (before bonuses from cars and skill chains) are based on the length of a race, so the best thing to do is to create a race where you cover a lot of distance in a short time. For that I created this highway race. Btw. if you’re not 1st before the end of the 1st lap, you’re doing something wrong ; )

Use the gained skill points to get some extra money and wheelspins by buying some 1982 Porsche 911 and investing 20 perk points each (cost 150k, rewards: 300k, 1 wheelspin, 5000 influence).
I tried one of these last week and got bored halfway into the first lap lol. Highway racing is just tiresome, need more technical challenge.
That said, in general I’d absolutely recommend looking up long blueprinted custom route races to keep things varied. That way you’ll be constantly doing new challenges on your way to level 20.
Now if only the option was there for Street Scene…
Yeah, excitement (but for the speed) is not a strength of the course. It’s all about (bloody German) efficiency
But the OP mentioned grinding and this is a perfect grind stone.

Not judging u’r created route (so don’t get me wrong)…, just wanna comment on the “124k influence” that feels like an insult for 30mins of racing, whereas in FH3 i could make more than that in 1 Lap (±10mins) of the Goliath Race.
“In any case” (saying it with Robert of Drift Club’s accent):
u can try my Princes Street Circuit (5 Laps) in Edinburgh…, but Beware, it comes Standard with a bug that u will soon notice. & it is possible to place 1st (for those that might think not).
Also: u can try my “Mini Goliath” Race at “Waterhead Sprint” Location (east side of Festival)…, only 1 Lap (±5mins) though, so u can rinse & repeat if u like.
I suggest using an Influence Boost car to maximize “XP”
I like Toran’s highway race for occasional grinding, myself. But I grinded to level 20 before the route creator mostly with 25 lap races on the Astmoor Heritage Circuit set to Formula Drift cars - it allowed me to simultaneously get the money perks on all my Formula Drift cars while grinding my way to the Goliath.
I got to Level 20 before the Creator came in. I now have a 37 mile variant of the Goliath (it does take in the motorway… once). Liking the Marathon Street Race, I eventually set up a multi lap variant from the Broadway Village Circuit Icon (only place on the route with a race facing the right direction! I created a Blueprint for a 2 Lap D500 (Cult Cars) race and C500 (Super Saloons). Plus a 4 lap Super Saloon version. The 2 lap version is good for around 38K-41K Influence, depending on Perks on the car used.
I did colossus over and over and over again.
Thx for the good tips i will try some of the Routes and Maybe make my own.
I blueprinted a 25 lap race a holyrood park, it’s a fun loop. I’ve done a 50 lap race(takes a little over an hour in s1). The 50 lap race took me from just barely in to level 18, all the way to almost level 21(20 plus almost one more)
I cycle through a couple of the short circuit races, 10-20 laps each just to keep the variety. Nissan GTR-LM FE car for influence bonus, it also wipes the floor on tight circuits against the 10 Pagani Zonda FEs that the AI always fields even on Unbeatable (the GTR has awesome traction coming off corners, and the straights are short enough that the Paganis can’t get up to speed).
