We should have a car class between S1 and S2 (at 950)

It’s odd that, with the P.I. ceiling having been raised to allow for the FXXK/Ultima 1020/One:1, they didn’t wedge another class in between S1 and S2. Some cars in the early S2, like the GT and Aventador, among others, need an insane amount of horsepower just to match the above cars (if they can even max out S2), and even then they’re still uncompetitive since they don’t have the sheer downforce to corner on a dime. Please Playground, shift S2 to be 900-950, and add S3 for 950-998, I want to see these cars be competitive online without being forced to have a private lobby.

Same for D class. The performance gap just between the bottom of D and the middle (never mind the top) is like an ant pushing a tricycle racing the Millennium Falcon.

The low end of D should be F, the midrange E, and only the top 25% should stay in D (like in FM4).

Totally agree with this, the PI is all fudgy towards the top and we need more space to seperate a simple super car thats had some nicer tires thrown and these hyper-cars and their game-shattering performance.

I agree with everything said. My suggestion (low end) would be F 100-300, E 301-400, and D 401-500. My suggestion (high end) would be S1 801-875, S2 876-950, and S3 951-998. C, B, A, and X classes should not change. Just my two cents, feel free to disagree if you think you have a better idea.

There is a point when there are too many classes and therefore not enough cars in some of them.

The solution is better use of car types in online game setups.

Just tested with my two current low-S2 cars, the F12tdf only maxes out at 975, and the Aventador SV gets really close at 993, but needs nearly 1400HP to reach that. Capping them both to 950 gives me lots of ways to modify them, so I think that would be the sweet spot for S2.
