The races become monotonous and boring. the current endurance races lack dynamism and fun, those who start first have almost a 100% probability of victory and those who are behind so many minutes late decide to retire. It is not surprising that at the end of the races there are only 4 players. On the other hand, if the weather were random, the chances of victory would increase by 50% for those who do not have the possibility, therefore this would make the races more fun and dynamic

I don’t think Short races need mid-race weather variation, but a wider selection of starting conditions would be appreciated.
Medium/Long, could do with Variable weather.
