The vtcc1 Lotus-Eleven Super League.
This 9 week long series will be held on Sunday Evenings with pre-race qualifying starting at 7pm GMT.
You will be using either the A Class, S Class or R3 Class fully tune-able builds depending on your qualifying time.

THE FORMAT
This will be a mixed class event. Using 3 separate builds for the same car. In the first 2 races of Round 1 you will be Qualifying for your starting car in the 2nd Round, which will be the first proper racing Round. Everybody will qualify in the A class 590pi Lotus. This session will be 2 x 15 Minute long qualifying sessions with opponents set to ghost mode. Limited damage will be on so be careful. The pits will be open throughout both 15 Minute sessions, so if you need to pit through taking damage then please do. Any one with a smoking engine is required to pit or will forfeit their time and could be subject to the usual penalties from the Stewards.
Once both qualifying sessions are complete and your average time for both runs are worked out we will post on the forum who starts the next round in which class car. The drivers qualifying will be split into 3 groups with the fastest 3rd going on to the first racing round in the R3 class 757pi build. This will be called ‘Group 1’. The next 3rd go into the S class 693pi Lotus. This will be called ‘Group 2’. The slowest 3rd go into the A class 590pi Build. This will be called ‘Group 3’. Once established, these Groups will be the Groups you start the next round in.
After Round 2, the first racing round, the fastest 3 drivers from Group 3 will go up into Group 2. The slowest 3 drivers from Group 2 will go down into Group 3 while the fastest 3 drivers will go up into Group 1. The slowest 3 drivers from Group 1 will go down into Group 2. This will happen each week. Championship Points are worked out from 1st in Group 1 right down to the last place in Group 3.
Sign ups still open for this event and will be till the championship finishes, Please Note that Sign Ups close temporarily on sundays beetween 7pm and 10pm. round 1 proper starts sunday. feel free to come join in the close racing that these cars are giving
After the First round at Sebring the points are as follows:
In R3 - Speedy moves to S Class. Ceaser moves to R3 Class.
In S - GaleForce moves to A Class. JJRinzler moves to S Class.
The next Round is from the Le Man Circuit De La Sarthe with 9 laps for the main race and then 5 laps for the sprint race.
