With the Lynk&Co Cyan 003 recently added to FH5, this is another one of Geely’s performance arm’s creations, and arguably a more interesting one. Everybody seems to be churning out Porsche 911 restomods these days, all brilliant in their own way, but with so many of them around, they are starting to lose some specialty. The P1800 Cyan has that in bundles. Powered by a WTCC-winning turbocharged I4 developing 420 PS, there is little left of the original P1800 here. Where the original car had steel, the Cyan edition has carbon fiber, helping it to weigh under 1000 kg. Given this is pretty much a WTCC race car for the road, there is more kit: a limited-slip differential, adjustable dampers and race-spec double wishbone suspension. The team that built it have won 4 of the last 6 World Touring Car teams’ championships (and 3 drivers’) it should be great to drive, too.
