Bug info: Visual glitch of the environment (grey grid square)

Attempted fixes: quit game, restarted console
I don’t recall this before the current update
I’m not 100% certain, but I believe I remember a time in the very beginning where this glitch didn’t exist yet, it came with one of the first updates I think.
There are also a bunch of other map glitches that came with later updates and never got fixed.
