We have just concluded our debut season and are in need of a User Experience Manager to properly assess the feedback from our drivers and use that feedback to create the best online racing experience possible for Season 2.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review all VLBST related content (forum threads, official website, social media pages, etc.).
Review driver feedback from Season 1 surveys.
Work with the Series Coordinator to develop changes to the series for Season 2.
Work with the Web Developer to implement changes to the VLBST related content.
Test and revise changes made to VLBST related content which directly affect the user experience.
Participate in the Virtual Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo as a driver.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a headset.
Must be online at least once per week (give notice before extended absence).
Must have experience with Forza Motorsport titles.
Must have a passion for motorsports and/or business.
Must have access to the #63 Lamborghini Squadra Corsa Huracan LP 620-2 Super Trofeo.
Must be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner and have a sense of humor.
POSSIBLE DEAL-MAKERS
A background in business or customer-experience management.
Major League Gaming experience.
Real-world racing experience.
Owning a supercar and letting me drive it (or at least ride along for a good launch).

I’m no rocket surgeon, but if you need assistance, I have time on my hands. I’m not fast, do not own a super car, and have been retired for years. However, I am a darn good looking man (in my opinion).
Edit: I also have a headset, have played FM thru FM6 and Horizon. I’m usually playing Xbox every night from around 7pm est to 1am or later. I have a passion for motor sports, and all that other stuff too.

The Season 1 feedback surveys have gone out to the drivers and development for Season 2 has officially begun. We have two serious applicants for the position, so if you’re interested send me a message or leave a comment on this thread. If you’d like to get involved and have experience in other areas (graphic design, logistics, tuning race cars, etc.) we are always looking for passionate community members who can contribute to the series.
