Hello T10 staff and forum mods,

I’m sorry to open a new thread about this (I exhausted all other options including hunting down the Game Reset/Lost thread, which linked to an error page), but I am the series coordinator for the Virtual Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo, which uses the #63 Lamborghini Squadra Corse Huracan Super Trofeo. One of the administrative members on the VLBST Team (Gamertag: EMW Corsa) was recently plagued by a game save/sync error, and lost all of his game data along with his Huracan ST unicorn cars.

Obviously, this excludes him from VLBST competition as well as other crucial testing and development for the series.

EMW Corsa has also exhausted all other options for trying to troubleshoot and/or receive support on this issue, to no avail.

Is there any way to restore even just one Huracan ST unicorn car to his account so that he can continue to contribute to the VLBST Team as a series developer and compete in the upcoming season?

He has already made forum posts, sent emails, and desperately tried to troubleshoot the data sync issue. He then asked me to reach out for help as a very last effort to get the car(s) back.
