Yes, what am I doing wrong or who should I contact? I am the owner of the Forza 7 Ultimate Edition, as well as the VIP Car Pass and the VIP Pass. These are displayed to me in the store, as “installed” However, if I then want to drive a car, for example, the Nissan GTR Black Edition, I am displayed “Only in the package available” and I could buy this again. Am I doing something wrong or is there a different solution to the problem? I have reinstalled the game a few times, so it does not help.

Just try buying the pack/car/VIP pass from the store. You should get a message saying that you already own it, and the game will work properly after that. That’s how I fixed it at least. If it doesn’t though, make sure you don’t actually purchase it again.
