Are the VIP cars supposed to cost in game credits? I thought we were supposed to get the first of any paid dlc for free the first time.

VIP is broken.
Day-one cars is broken too (
I installed all the car packs with this edition. However i cannot install some of the cars. When i try and download the 3 launch day cars and the vip cars, it tells me i must use credits for the purchases. The other car pack downloaded the cars for free. Any ideas.
So I downloaded the car pass vip pass the day one pack and my gamestop lambo. My vip isn’t working and when I try to buy all the cars it says they cost credits I was told that the vip, car pass, and day one packs let you buy them for free once. I know the game is having problems so is it the problems causing this or did I hear wrong and those cars aren’t actually free
I downloaded all the cars on day one and the gamestop cars that you get with pre order with no issues. Do you have to pay in game credit if you buy the car pass? Planning on buying.

I can’t stress the importance of having a polished game at release. These issues show a blatant disregard for your loyal fan base. We (the fans) pay a lot of money for this game to work as advertised. The number one issue I have is buying cars with credits that I have bought with actual money and therefore should be free in the game. We, the fans don’t ask for much, so why do you taunt us with this issue…

VIP cars is free just have to search for them in auto show.
When i go into the autoshow I can see the cars from the vip and dlc but its charging me money for them instead of costing $0. My Vip is working on the wheel spins and i have the crown beside my name so i dont know whats going on. t10 plz help
I just bought the VIP pass and the VIP cars are listed for a price and not for 0 CR for me.
I also have the VIP PASS and yet it doesn’t show it in game or when i look to buy the cars I am supposed to get for free it still costs credits.
Finally got my crown and the wheel spins are doubling but i cant get the free cars that come with VIP. The cars are not $0 and the game wants me to pay for them. Please help T10
I also am having this problem would really like T10 to acknowledge this problem at least. Half the value of the vip was for those cars now i feel cheated
I got mine for free today, yesterday it was all broken said i had to pay money but about 12 hours ago it worked fine for me

Same here, really want to take that 330 P4 out for a spin.
I got the digital edition with VIP and according to Turn 10 this has been fixed but it hasn’t. I have my VIP crown and my reward bonuses but all the car pack cars are still costing credits and not showing up for free like they should. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried quiting the game again and going back in? That seemed to do it for me.
